Attending Chile Program? Part 1.

I have been slaving away for the past month so
that I will be able to accomplish my first dream:
to teach abroad.

I can only hope that the months of saving will be
worth the effort. I still have yet to pay for the
program, buy the plane ticket, take those necessary
immunizations, prepare my teaching materials, and
graduate!

Also, I have to be much more diligent about studying
Espanol. Gabe says, "Why do you need to study?
Isn't that what Chile is for?" true. true. but I think
it would make for an easier transition.

I just want to be prepared.

But the exciting thing about teaching Chileans for 6 months,
while being a low-intermediate spanish conversationalist and
without prior experience, is that there will be no way for me
to ensure my success. I can't predict or imagine anything.
And the surprise motivates me.
